Hmmm... Me thinkest whoever wrote his original prompt is just posting the script to Twitter. Though didn't Joe during the speech say "Democracy" instead of "Republic"? A word change?

Also, a president of two minds? Says one thing, then tries to walk it back, while his twitter writer reiterates the first?
