I wonder how Mexican Americans feel if a family that knows no english and only speaks finnish, russian, or german visited their restaurant. Would they still love diversity.
If I owned a restaurant I would do my utmost to accommodate a foreign customer who did not speak my language. The customer is always right, right? Business is business and when you're in a position to give me your money in return for my service then you got my full attention.
Willy Brandt, who was at one time the Chancellor of West Germany, had a famous quote:
"If I am selling to you, I speak your language. If I am buying, dann müssen sie Deutsch sprechen."
