Someone on PDW pointed out a comment after the article on GWP.

From the comments on the article:

"We need to STOP. The headline is correct, but it is misleading. It has nothing to do with the raid. This kind of misreporting breaks down our cause and effect. The document shown in this article does NOTHING to indicate the vegetable in chief had ANYTHING to do with the unconstitutional raid on MAL.

This is NOT helpful. Please, people - read the article and the linked document. Yes, dementiajoe has been, and is involved with this - but THIS particular reporting has nothing to do with the admin approving, or requesting, the raid, nor their knowledge OF the raid.

As per the provided ruling - "the FBI did not obtain access to the 15 boxes until approximately 18 May 2022". Remind us again of the raid date?"

I have not looked into it, so no idea if the comment is correct or not.

Unless I’m missing something, the article links to the judge’s document and then highlights where Joe authorized the raid, though it was quite sometime before it actually happened.
