Or then again, maybe it's just more covert/subliminal seeding of the 'evil alien' mythos into our collective consciousness. 'Cause basically - They Lie.
Evil demonic aliens (w/religious dread overtones) located in our solar system (oh, noes!) Homeland - who are advertised as 'needing restraining' by more high, even 'celestial' (natch) civilizations - makes a very convenient narrative for setting up the long planned 'false flag from outer space' scenario.
All ff's violate humanity's necessary fabric of communal respect and trust. Tonkin Gulf, 9/11, 'covid 19' ... all far more grotesque than 'evil aliens'. Millions died. 'They Live'.

You dont think theres malevolent ET? I agree with you that theres surely some manipulation of peoples perspective here but i dont think its that out there to think some ET arent aggressive towards us.
Dr. Greer's reasoning makes a lot sense ... he proposes that evolving civilizations 'out there' possessing technology powerful and advanced enough for interstellar travel, will either have blown themselves up with it by now, or learned to make peace.
So the likelihood is that starfaring people would be peaceful, vs. a projection of Earth's unresolved collective fear and violence.

Thats a huge assumption youve made. Just because theyve made peace or a truce with eachother doesnt mean they arent still threatening other life.
