Unfortunately we foreigners don't have the ability to vote. At least that was what my stockbroker (one of the larger ones in my country) wrote in their FAQ.

I don't think I can call some number in the US, because how do I prove to them that I have bought X number of shares?

It depends on your broker,lots of people could vote their gme shares.
