Not to beat a dead horse, but this wasn’t an audit by the court or some third part, so it’s not like it’s the court saying the Dominion machines were part of fraud. The judge just allowed the plaintiff’s report to be filed in the docket in the case.
The same judge threw out the case and dismissed it 4 months later.
I get what you're saying but the 'information/truth' is out there...You/I can't dismiss the facts and the truth because a "judge" threw it out if you get what I mean...
I agree with you - any sort of audit report like this is important. My point was that the headline made it sound (to me of course) that a court was finally starting to rule against the cabal on election fraud - they didn’t, the court dismissed the entire case. They could have taken the same audit report and just posted in the internet; there wasn’t anything special about the judge “releasing” a report. Lawfag here so familiar with many kinds of litigation.
