I’m always EXTREMELY wary of anything the UN does (the IAEA is a UN agency), as I believe the UN is the harbinger of the NWO.

Reading the actual report (not linked by OP) somewhat confirms my suspicion, as the report concludes that:

“Washington's withdrawal from the deal under then-President Donald Trump and its reimposition of sanctions against Tehran that had been lifted under the deal prompted Tehran to breach the deal's nuclear restrictions.”

So they are actually blaming this on DJT!
