Yup.

What we all have to understand.

If an area has crime and bad behavior.

Those people are PRODUCED on purpose.

I get some people to think it's an IQ thing.

Human beings think logically "second". We first think with our emotions.

The deep state spends billions of learning about how to control people. It's not as simple as saying "They have low IQ".
