Just speculation, but 1559 seems to fit. Was Ryan collaborating with the Russia Hoax and Lisa Page was sloppy enough to dox him in a message that had to be classified to hide it?

Or am I way off base? Sure seems strange he let her Congressional Oversight no-show slide. He threatened her with Contemp of Congress, but not surprisingly, did nothing.
