Perhaps you would care to explain even a part of the above image? What exactly is it saying, that the drops don't say on their own?

No one has been able to do explain it to me, which furthers my suspicion that none of you actually can.

As others have said, the Q posts in the image are about Bush Sr's funeral. They have nothing to do with the Queen.
