A court appointed "Special Master" will take complete inventory of all of the seized documents and review the content.

That same "Special Master" may determine that the original FBI search warrant was illegal and overly broad, and that the FBI went above even the bounds of the warrant by seizing documents that weren't included in it's scope. That means the entire search and seizure may be declared illegal.
