Sure we can, our galaxy and solar system are both moving at high speeds. The constellations become visible and disappear over the horizon based on season.
There is no means for FE to explain that unless the stars also rotate very quickly around the Earth in a circular fashion. No idea what stars would be in a FE model.
Polaris is in the North sky, which the axis of the Earth rotates around.

3000 miles is a lot different than 94 miles or whatever you had listed before pre edit.
What, mechanically speaking, causes the Sun and Moon to change orbits in a FE model? Your answer right now is "they just do." In a RE model they only very slightly change orbits due to oval rather than circle movement and fluctuations in gravity.
