For example in 2014, Flight 17 was shot down July 17, exactly 17 years after it's first flight. This was cabal comms most likely about the AIDS researchers killed on that flight.
If the cabal are doing these Queen/17 comms.....The other members of the cabal have no idea if it's them or the Q team doing the comms. Only the Q team knows who's doing it. (I believe it's the Q team in this case.)
