I can't help but recall that "neculear" is a reference to devastating info/pics for heads of countries.

FBI/CIA/corrupt Intel agencies are terrified that they do not have this info anymore to keep various world leaders under control. Maybe not. It just seems interesting that this thought popped into my head with all the scared scrambling these morons are doing.
