She was incarcerated for a misdemeanor, not a felony. I don't believe that is grounds for disbarment or even suspension of a law license. However, in these crazy times anything can happen.

Yeah, but it’s all politics. Local attorney who’s now a district court judge got multiple DUI & reckless driving charges…still barred & licensed and sits on a bench. Went to school with his daughter, whole family is a fucking piece of work but this guy got away with his shit somehow…
