I read the first part and have made the following assessment:
It seems to me that this judge has dismissed the case because his belief is that political grievances have no place in courts of law, and that the plaintiffs case is a political grievance only.
The case was stale, meaning beyond the statutes of limitations.
It seems that the Court condones "anything goes" in a political contest since grievances cannot be addressed in a Court of Law.
It seems WRONG to me that political grievances have no place in a court of law, because the political process is what yields the parties that MAKE THE LAWS adjudicated by the Courts. u/#wrong
