"Defendants now move to dismiss the Amended Complaint as “a series of disconnected political disputes that Plaintiff has alchemized into a sweeping conspiracy among the many individuals Plaintiff believes to have aggrieved him.”
In granting the motion to dismiss Judge Middlebrooks cites Federal Rule 12(b)(1) (DE 224; DE 256).
Judge Middlebrooks upholds defendants claim that Donald Trump is an alchemist, since he "alchemized disconnected political disputes into a sweeping conspiracy" and since alchemists alchemize, and alchemist is fancy word for a wizard, which is a fancy word for a sorcerer if you are a man, which is a fancy word for a magister, which is a fancy word for a warlock, which is a fancy word for a male witch, which is a fancy word for the opposite of a female witch, and a female witch is a witch, but then again nowadays its hard to know which witch is which witch because a lot of male witches and female witches are transwitches, and to make matters worse they keep changing their minds every other Friday the 13th, switching from being a transfemale witch back to being a male witch, and a transmale witch switching back to being a female witch, and to make matters even worse there is the problem of knowing which witch is which witch when a transfemale witch switches to being a transmale witch or a transmale witch switches to being a transfemale witch.
The only person on the planet who seems to be able to keep it all straight is Kevin Bacon
Alchemy / Alchemist (male)
Alchemists (sing. alchemist) are scholars who study the branch of magic or physical science which deals with the nature of matter and its properties. Though powerful, alchemists are unable to switch to being female transalchemists because according the Chronicles of the Golden Don doing so immediately results in a metaphysical nullity and before the transmutation is accomplished, during the final stage of transitioning of a male alchemist transmutating to a transfemale alchemist, the alchemical adept is transformed on a molecular level into dark space matter, and while still present in the physical world becomes transparent to the naked eye. Wizard (male)
Wizards (sing. wizard), also sometimes called sorcerers (sing. sorcerer) among men, are individuals of any mortal race able to weave magic into the casting of spells. This category of witch is particularly confusing (even for Kevin Bacon) since men sometimes call this witch a sorcerer and both women and men call this witch a wizard.The old which is which is in the eye of the beholder conumdrum. (This old saying has been erroneously transcribed in some modern records as "Witches, Witches, in the eye of the beholder".) Further confusing (especially for Kevin Bacon) is that wizards switching to transfemale wizards are called sorcerers by women and not men, and sorcerers switching to transfemale wizards are called sorcerers by men and not women. This confusion is compounded (Kevin Bacon crosses the street when he sees a transfemale wizard or transfemale sorcerer heading his way), knowing if a transfemale wizard and transfemale sorcers is in transformation during a Grand Conjunction during which all celestial gravitational forces are in harmony, all wizards and sorcerers in transition transition back to their original pretransition identity. Magister (male)
Magisters (sing. magister) are wizards or other magically sensitive persons who have had the wherewithal, good fortune, and money to be able to join one of the eight Colleges of Magic of the Empire. Like alchemists, warlocks, and wizards (sorcerers) all magisters are born biologically male. If a magister, already predisposed to transidolotric philosphy, transitioning from male magister to transfemale magister ussualy occurs during adolescence. Scientists analogize this occurrence of male magister to transmale magister transition to two like-sided magnetic poles which attract each other instead of being forced apart.

Warlock (male)
Warlocks (sing. warlock) represent one of the very few witches that do not submit themselves to the judgement of the Imperial Colleges of Magic, or get caught by the witch hunters, or combust by means of their own dangerous magic. Warlocks are experienced spell casters who knowingly use Dark Magic to power their spells and have become corrupted by its energies and probably seduced by the whispered promises of Daemons. This independence from the academic-centric influence of the Colleges of Magic is the reason why this category of witch never succumbs to any inherent (disputed concept) inclination, or any societal preconscious conditioning and subsequent subliminal manipulation to engage in transtransitional behavior. Witch (male or female)
Witches are Hedge Wizards who survived practicing their fumbling arts without going completely insane or dying. However, that partial insanity is directly relational to the proportion of witches who transition (male witch to transfemale witch and female witch to transmale witch). The more insane the surviving hedge witch the higher the propensity to transition. President Trump's claims, that the theory that the high percentage of surviving hedge witches that populate the trans community is a result of global warming is fake news, has been debunked and categorized as transparently transphobic.
So, with all this controversy about alchemy and witches I was wondering just how Judge Middlebrooks came to his decision and researched Federal Rule 12(b)(1) (DE 224; DE 256) that he cited as the basis for his decision to grant the motion to dismiss Donald Trump's complaint / lawsuit against Hillary Clinton et al. Just how did Judge Middlebrooks come to agree with the defendants claim of Trump's alchemy, which every one knows is just another word for witchcraft.
I'm sure Judge Middlebrooks took under advisement Donald Trump's many self admissions that he (Trump) is a witch, since he publicly and privately has confessed to being the target of multiple witch hunts over the years.
But I was more interested in the law and what was the historical foundation and predcedent to Federal Rule 12(b)(1) (DE 224; DE 256) in American Jurisprudence.
All written, codified law is based on historical precedent and custom. It took many hours scouring archives and old chronicles but I finally found the original precedent for Federal Rule 12(b)(1) (DE 224; DE 256).
