I try not to get bitter about it, but it’s difficult. Most of them can’t help it. They’re just not capable of overcoming their programming yet. I try to be patient and be ready to answer when they start to ask questions. I always try to answer in a calm and friendly way. Even if I don’t succeed with one person, someone else might be listening.
