Why are you even quoting the ancient Judeans from the Bible? Modern Jews are not Israelites or even Semitic peoples. Even still you can't blame everything wrong in your world on them alone. Actions were made by you or people close to you that also affect your life.

In that verse the meaning is Judeans which were known as "land of the Edomites" aka Esau
