Not destabilize, but "ground effect" refers to a plane going fast enough low enough essentially surfs on its own pressure wave - so I think u/VoatAnon1984 is saying if it was a real plane it would have increased in altitude/hit higher if not gone right over the building.
I suspect the aircraft at that reported speed and attitude would have trouble accomplishing the strike. I don’t think it could even get that low at that trajectory. That doesn’t even account for the obstacles. I think it was a missile, if anything struck the pentagon. u/PhDinNY

Yes, I think a cruise missile is what did it. Even supposedly conservative news outlets won't talk about it, or building #7
They won’t even talk about election fraud in 2020 but they all talked about it in 2016. Depends what narrative they have to drive home.
