I've read hundreds of NTSB/FAA reports on airline accidents. I've listened to the CVR and reviewed the FDR for this flight.
There was no conspiracy here at all. Captain Renfro should have never been piloting any planes, much less the one that he crashed that night. He failed multiple simulator sessions, had a terrible record of skirting rules and making poor decisions and he killed everyone on that airplane by doing exactly all of the wrong things on that flight. Not to mention, he was sleep deprived and had slept that night in the airports pilot lounge in his uniform because Colgan air wouldn't pay for hotel rooms for their pilots.
They were flying from NY to NJ through icing conditions and they never turned on their de-icing equipment. They also never made any attempts to ask the Tower if they could fly above or below the icing conditions. They never made any attempts to communicate with other air traffic in the area if conditions were better at different altitudes.
Upon extending the landing gear and lowering the flaps, the icing conditions on the leading edges of the wings, and their low airspeed, overcame the ability of the aircraft to generate lift. When the stick shaker activated to tell the pilot the aircraft was stalling, he pulled up on the yoke instead of pushing forward to gain life-saving airspeed.
His co-pilot was very new and young, had a severe cold that night (you can hear her coughing, sneezing and blowing her nose the entire flight) and was very distracted from her duties. Not to mention, they broke the 10K sterile cockpit rule which states that only flight related conversations should take place below 10,000 feet.
This one wasn't a targeted kill, it was a tragic accident beyond a shadow of doubt.
An accident that this obviously unqualified pilot was hired?
An accident that this obviously unqualified pilot was assigned to fly this plane on this flight where the passengers on board were known?
An accident that this obviously unqualified pilot was assigned a "very new and young" co pilot who had such a "severe cold" she was "very distracted from her duties"?
Perhaps.
An accident that Q made a drop calling attention to what happened?".
Very doubtful.
"This wasn't a targeted kill, it was a tragic accident beyond a shadow of a doubt".
As Peter Tickton, someone who's known Trump since they were both 15 and enrolled in the same military academy, said during a recent interview, " belief is the enemy of knowledge" ie the enemy of those seeking truth and understanding.
Perhaps there are shadows affecting your vision that you aren't seeing yet.?
Are you really "Out of Shadows"? Perhaps. Perhaps not. However a belief that there are no more shadows ie that there's " nothing to see here" will make any further exploration unlikely. As intended.

I literally stated that I had heavily studied this particular accident in detail. Not only that, but I studied it in heavy detail before I knew who this woman was, so I went into it completely without bias in either direction.
YOU, however, have not studied this accident in depth. You haven't listened to the CVR, you haven't reviewed the FDR data and you haven't read the NTSB/FAA reports on the matter.
YOU are the one going into this with a head full of preconceived notions (beliefs) and not knowledge, so please look into the mirror in this case.

If you truly believe these three statements, then I can't help you. This might be the dumbest way in the world to try to kill someone and perhaps the dumbest thing I've ever read on this site.

Wishing you a "Bon voyage".;
