The SSCI doesnt get enough play here. Without their approval most of the State Security and Enslavement Apparatus doesnt exist.
Mark Warner is involved in spygate up to his eyeballs. Research his emails with Adam Waldmann and Waldmanns ties to both Steele and Deripraska (I think...these Slavic names run together).
It was Warner and James Wolfe, the former SSCI Director of Security, that were seen entering the scif the day that Wolfe leaked the Steele Dossier to his side piece Ali Watkins at the NYT.
ConservativeTreehouse has been on Warner and the SSCI from the beginning.
