Have everyone seen the odd comments and panicked interviews from AOC saying she doesn't think she will live through September? Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk, Marvel) also shared his unwanted opnion that their would be more movies, but the end of the world is coming and if the actors survive they will have to see if the public allows them to make more movies.
These are things that people cannot just say with follow up questions. They certainly don't have a good feeling about the near future.
I like that statement from the Houston Police Department: "The public should not be alarmed and does not need to call 9-1-1 during the training exercises."
They could have added: "If you DO call 9-1-1, please allow the usual 2-hour response time for us to show up. If it's urgent, please dial 9-1-1 and then keep hitting the #, #, #, # symbol on your phone. It won't help... but it might make you feel better while waiting 2-hours for a response." :>)

ALL big FFs so far had training exercises at the same time. Even 9/11!
Hopey there are locals who will set up drones and cameras recording as much as possible.
