There's vids aplenty of all three launch types, so not sure which you're referring as having to trust.

Yeah those are all cgi and edited like a movie. That's not really proof of anything. I've yet to find an actual video of a satellite being launched from a rocket.
I don’t buy they have canister thrusters useful for anything other than very small trajectory corrections, not complete circular formations and independent bi-lateral directional changes on demand.
