Since its a Mouse. Is this going to be when Disney gets raided and their pedo ring shut down?

No, 10:10 is the default position for hands on watches and clocks in advertising, and in jewelry stores. This looks like a stock photo of a Mickey Mouse watch with eight ticks made red.
