What is this thread all about?

Just finished episode 4 of Terminal List. Enjoyed the standard storm references, etc.

But who is Arturo Moreno? The episode is dedicated to him. 1980 - 2022.

The Trump supporting Mexican-American sports magnate (born 1946) resembles the character in the episode who helps the main character.

But apparently it's a different as anyone born in 1980 is in their 40s.

What did Terminal List mean by this?
