Rebecca Lanis, 21, went viral over the weekend posting on the 'QAnon Casualties' Reddit page, where people discuss family members they see as having been 'ruined' by QAnon.

I'm curious why the word dog was all caps in the title.

I didn't even notice that. Yeah, why would they capitalize "dog" In the article? Although I've notice daily mail seems to capitalize words to emphasize either things they think are rediculas or they disagree with. In this case they may have been trying to show he even killed the dog in a way to emphasize how crazy "QAnon" made the guy. It is strange though and maybe its comms of some sort.
