The Military IS* fucking losing it
Disclosure: I’m AD and forced inoculated (not a pure blood)
We all know the reason the military vaccine mandate was unlawful (we never had a fully approved vaccine). Regardless, the military pretended they were issuing a lawful order. How do I know they were aware of the unlawful order being issued?
No service member has been punished for refusing this “lawful order.” Failure to obey a lawful order is punishable under the UCMJ. So why were members only separated but not punished?
To punish a service member, they are typically brought to NJP (non judicial punishment). From there they can go through the process and eventually end up face to face with their unit commander if need be. To date, no one has been brought to NJP for refusing the “vaccine.” They have only been separated from service. So why is the military not going after those who refuse what is claimed to be a lawful order? Why allow good order and discipline to wither away?
If the military forced refusers to go through NJP, at any point in the process that member has the right to request trial by court martial. At that point, it becomes very much a judicial process. This trial would then set legal precedent for the rest of the military….. The Military knows it would lose on the merits. This exact process is given example in Band of Brothers when Dick Winters requests court martial when he is brought to NJP on frivolous charges.
I will second this as the only uninjected male that I know of in my near and extended family. A good chunk of GAW can lack compassion about these things at times. I am 31 years old and extremely lucky that my employer embraces choice when it comes to the jab. I am currently single, and I definitely want my female companion to be unjabbed. I cannot write possible matches or connections off based on this "deal breaker" alone. I do feel for those who were scared about this shit. I was. Last summer I was mad/stressed as hell about it. I try to avoid putting people into camps like jabbed or unjabbed. Muh bias still clings but thanks to good people in my life like my mother and a close friend I am much more sympathetic and compassionate towards situations like these now. One take-away for me throughout this thread is the self-sacrifice of taking the jab regardless of the worst case scenario because self-sacrifice for the sake of your family. WWJD? I look forward to starting a family one day.
We’re pretty much in the same boat. Stay stronk and secure in yourself fren. Any woman that would deem you crazy or write you off for remaining uninjected lacks compassion herself. Not the kind of person you want to be with. Remain secure in yourself and your beliefs while remaining compassionate!
