It's so obvious what he's referring to...

FJB will trip as he's approaching the casket, similar to how he fell up the plane stairs, and in doing so knocks the casket over, the lid flips open and out rolls 7 Stone (that's 100 lb. for 'Muricans) of sandbags, but no body. In classic who-dunnit fashion they lock down the room and nobody leaves until all their masks are pulled off, Scooby Doo style.
