Couldnt fukkin wait until after the election. it wont pass with a Dem majority, AND YOU KNOW IT! It 'almost' as if you want to mobilize as many democrat votes as possible.

Election year politics - IF this bill makes it to a vote, the only reason is to get people on record either for or against so their votes can be used in campaign ads
