Starting at 13:10 into the presentation:

"You saw that movie with Tina Peters last night, right? Guess who was sitting at that desk with her when she needed to learn that she needed to do a backup? That was me. (Audience applauds, cheers) And I... I did not plan to be there. I was there for other reasons. But guess what? I'm sitting across the desk from her and I was the one who made the recommendations of who to do the backups for her. I did not plan that. I love being a leaf on a river. I always seem to be at the right place at the right time and I didn't plan it. Isn't that cool?"

Tina Peters is being sued by Jena Griswold, Secretary of State for Colorado, claiming that Peters allowed an unauthorized person or persons access to the Dominion machines in Mesa County, CO, and then turned over the before and after forensic images of the machines to Mike Lindell in August of 2021 during Lindell's Cyber Symposium. Griswold has removed Peters from her position as Clerk and Recorder of Mesa County.

Dr. Frank was a central figure in one of Lindell's documentary exposes of voter fraud and machine vote manipulation during the 2020 election and coordinates his activities across the nation with the Lindell voting integrity organization and has been know to refer to Lindell as "The Boss" and on more than one occasion to say that "I go where they tell me to go and do what they tell me to do."

According to Mike Lindell, the FBI agents who seized his phone also asked questions about Lindell's association with Dr. Frank and what Lindell knew about Dr. Franks activities.

On The Lindell Report broadcast on 9/13/22, when Lindell was breaking the news of having been stopped by the FBI and his phone seized, when asked about Dr. Frank, Lindell responded to the agents by telling them they should ask Dr. Frank about what he (Frank) was up to, that he didn't know where he was and that if the FBI wanted to know what Dr. Frank was up to they should watch Scientific Proof (the documentary spotlighting Frank's analysis of voting patterns during the 2020 election) or go to the https://frankspeech.com platform and watch Dr. Franks videos.

Of course all the FBI BS is just that, BS, but Dr. Frank's statement about recommending to Tina Peters qualified cyber specialists to conduct the forensic imaging of Mesa County voting equipment makes him a material / fact witness, and Dr. Frank's past association and coordination with Mike Lindell (The Boss) puts LIndell and his phone more than tangential to the investigation of Tina Peters. The fact that Peters flew from Colorado to South Dakota to deliver the before / after forensic images of the voting equipment during the Cyber Symposium in August of 2021, at which Dr. Frank was also a keynote speaker, only adds more kindling to the fire.
