I can't verify they are all the exact same ring...every instance of the above image showing all three rings is in potato resolution. King lizard's ring is the crown with iron crosses and the three 666 feathers poking out of the top, with ICH DIEN (I serve) text below. I'd be curious to see if the other crooks have his insignia or something else. I'll keep digging...
