Check for yourself. What we talk about is not always what's really in there.

If it isn't explicitly mentioned or even stated, how do you know that it is about adrenochrome? Where did the adrenochrome theory even come from in the first place, the Chans? The reality we can actually pin down is bad enough without adding unproven stories.
See u/qled's post above yours. He links some of the evidence.
Q used the chans because he knew they were secure and not under the direct influence of the Deep State. If they were good enough for him, they're good enough for us. There is a ton of evidence and videos, not even the DS can blackhole everything that's out there. The theory didn't originate with the chans either, the sick practice of harvesting Adrenochrome has been used by the elite for centuries. It's where we get the idea of vampires from (you know, the scary demon creatures that terrify people and the consume their blood).
There is plenty of fiction and glowie misdirection on the chans. Q could slip in and be anonymous. He offered proof and so rose above the fanfic chaff. That doesn't make the chans a reliable source.
The first known description of adrenochrome as such was in 1940, although it can be made fairly easily by oxidizing epinephrine. In a lab. Purification is required. One child's adrenal glands might yield a couple of milligrams, but not directly as by drinking blood. This could be an effective psychotropic dose if it were as effective as LSD. We all have probably met people strung out on every kind of drug, but those who take psychedelics have a pretty hard time hiding it or having any kind of work life or staying out of jail long. The logistics just of keeping up a front is against there being very many people who are always in the public eye being strung out on anything that makes them act psychotic, not to mention the logistics of disposing of all the bodies Since it can now be made synthetically for practically nothing, the only reason for drinking children's blood is to get off on the thrill of hurting children, and this is a reality, such people exist.
As far as its structure resembling a rabbit, I'd say that mescaline's structure is at least as suggestive. In fact the whole body (a very small body of small studies between 1954 and 1970) of study investigating a relationship between adrenochrome and schizophrenia started with the similarity of structures to mescaline by this guy: https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/journal-of-mental-science/article/abs/schizophrenia-a-new-approach-ii-result-of-a-years-research/4B1A50701CDE0D68C27F91C8312CB16A who rather fell out of serious contention later.
If you were around then, you might remember that this was how LSD and all the other psychedelics suddenly launched on the world, psychologists were trying to find an endogenous cause for schizophrenia and every one wanted to try a schizophrenic weekend. IMO "follow the White Rabbit" is more "go down the rabbit hole (as Alice did) and find a fantastic unknown world," one that will be as crazy as Wonderland.
But I'll tell you what Phil Snyder has done with this theory: he has put QAnon front and center in the nutcase world. Do a search for adrenochrome and you will find that more than half the results are about Q Anon. I want to know more about Snyder. He gave an interview which was picked up and repeated by many little blogs that seem to have disappeared, giving the impression that there was a lot of evidence for adrenochrome use and these fabulous tunnel boring machines, but it was only one man, one time. Who claimed to be a government insider. I think if a glowie wanted to make anyone looking into glowie misbehavior look unbelievable, this would be the way. Where is he now?
How reliable do you find Q? I feel like any plain or straight forward predictions he makes are usually wrong (with some convoluted reason why it didn't happen) and most of his credibility is based on his more vague statements, kind of Nostradamus style. But I guess that doesn't matter. It seems like people around here are happy to ignore what he says when it suits them, like when people quote Alex Jones even though Q said he's working for Mossad.
I find the whole corpus of Q drops a very fascinating body of words, as one who has written a lot of things including fiction and was a huge fan of mysteries and thrillers. It could serve many information purposes. It has to be "real" enough to keep people coming back for more, and it has to be "uncrackable" in the sense of not giving away the author(s) through style or self-doxxing. This is quite a feat of writing.. As to the "proofs" and "deltas" and "comms," those are not from Q, those are the works of people trying to find meaning in an enigma. They may hit on a truth or they may wander off into their own pet conspiracies. Nevertheless, it is all very thought provoking and stimulates involvement, and I think lack of involvement is what makes society deteriorate.
