Ye Gods. This has nothing to do with Queen Elizabeth II. He is using the term as a synonym for "dignity" or "grandeur," which is perfectly in keeping with his denunciation of what happened to Mike Lindell. Immediately preceded by his observation that "our country is a laughing stock all over the world."

This does not even rise to the level of a Rorschach blot.
