An ambulance blocked the leading car in Putin's motorcade while another car dropped an explosive on the vehicle carrying Putin, according to a report on Telegram.

With the death of the oligarchs oil rich DS cronies from the fall of the iron curtain. I do believe the DS is upset their puppets are getting removed. They need him gone badly so Nordstream can be turned back on.
