An ambulance blocked the leading car in Putin's motorcade while another car dropped an explosive on the vehicle carrying Putin, according to a report on Telegram.

They don't want to justify Putin's response to these attacks, however, and that's why this is believable.

By making Putin sympathetic, it brings people from all sides in to varying degrees.
