After the (DS) Anthrax attacks following Sept 11 2001 the USPS then scanned every item that came through their system, both front and back. The data from the scanning was held for 6 years in case of any future investigations.
In April of 2020 and before any lockdowns, the USPS changed the time of holding onto that data from 6 years to 30 days.
Then, 30 days after the Presidential elections of Nov 2020 the USPS switched it back to 6 years!
Now I wonder what the need for such a change in protocol would be needed for, and remember this was before any hint of massive lockdowns and mail in voting.
So what yall are saying is the fucking fix is in.
Yup it was. And one of the states in the March of 2020 spent a shit ton of money on ballot stuffing machines for mail in ballots, way before any mention of such lockdowns and the need for a huge increase in mail in ballots.
Christ almighty we need to print that on card stock and tape it around town
not to mention the envelopes are now color coded
The endorsement is irrelevant, the fact the ballots are identifiable by low-level postal workers and meddled with is. SECRET. BALLOT. PERIOD.
Great question. Another question should be why is the worst delivery company out there allowed to handle anything that is important?
