I had a friend that took a job there as a programmer. He worked underground - not with the public. They relocated him (paid) and he thought everything was good. That was the demo. Reality hit when they started giving him demerits for not having creases in his pants/shirts, shoes not being shiny enough, not having a haircut (from their barber) weekly, and a ton of other petty stuff. He wanted to quit but would have to pay them back for the relo package so he started looking for another job and when he was hired he told them he would need 4 weeks notice (which was fine). Then he did everything he could to get demerits all the time and it took him under 2 weeks to be fired from Disney.
He told me that was the worst, most controlling (and hypocritical) environment he had ever worked in. Remember - he worked underground, had no contact with customers, and was a programmer. Crazy.
Didn't they fire almost all the Americans and replace them with foreign workers a while back? 2016
