Not sure what's meant by "type".

Durham is a publicity shunning prosecutor who has always preferred to work behind the scenes. Dearie was a judge, now retired.

Dearie, like Durham, andTrump, worked with Guliani when he was the the AG using RICO laws to bring down the mob in the 80s.
