This blatantly violates age of consent laws in that state and parents should file a class action lawsuit and pull their students out of these schools.
This also goes against basic biology (children are not physically ready untill they are teenagers) and DSM5 psychology/psychiatry (fetishization of cartoons).
Confirmation for me that Idaho has been overrun by California. The proximity to California has taken a few states of our “retire to” list .... this is one of them.
