At the time, yes. It’s the military’s access to info only the baddies had up until then. Hence, one of reasons we know Snowden = Glowie. His operation & the resulting media blitz against the NSA was supposed to force legislation to scrap it but it didn’t work.
On a seperate note, watching the programs that have people like Snowden on can be very telling, ie. Joe Rogan. Anyone else notice how his entire demeanor changed after he spoke up on the Seth Rich case? He went off air for like 7–10 days & when he came back, it was softball time.
