TBH, I'm completely shocked he didn't.

Maybe it's because he had to put on a good show / optics; maybe it's because even Trump didn't realize just how corrupt and evil they are (unlikely but who knows).

But yeah; Trump should absolutely do this / should have done this on day 1.

Fuck; don't even waste time with an inauguration speech; just tell the entire fed gov that they're fucking fired. :-D
