I'm sure it's like any other agency; some good, some bad.

Apart from some flatly unconstitutional agencies whose entire existance is an affront to human rights, dignity, decency, and the Constitution (fbi,atf,irs) I'm sure there are SOME good people in the fed gov.

SOME.....could be 2%; could be 20%......

I'm sure there are JBT fascists in the NSA.....
