Real Genius yep.
Man those car laser holes look exactly like the ones from Cali fire aftermath videos
Dr Judy Wood and 9/11. Look it up, or read her book.
Like all electromagnetic beams, lasers are subject to divergence. The divergence of a laser beam is proportional to its wavelength and inversely proportional to the diameter of the beam at its narrowest point. It seems overcoming the nagging inverse square law for energy, which basically states intensity equals the inverse of the square of the distance from the source.
I wonder if the spraying of the skies is an applicable solution for mitigating this by making it more conductive (Al, Ba, etc.?)
Its not lasers, its something else.
Did you read my post? The governing principles of electromagnetic energy is equitable to that of laser divergence. Directed energy is an umbrella term covering technologies that relate to the production of a beam of concentrated electromagnetic energy or atomic or subatomic particles.
Its another type of physics entirely, scalar waves and exotic vacuum objects based on research into ball lightning.

You need to correct the government writers at Defense Innovation Marketplace then. Here's their website for contact info.

We know about them.
Love it! a useless activity
I surrender!
