"most languages on Earth" are not Indo-European and use a completely different day naming scheme, if they have one at all. This is an obviously ridiculous claim.
This group of researchers produce very well cited video presentations.
If you are specifically caught on the idea that the seventh day is still called seventh by peoples of the world who have names for the days then I worry that you're missing the point.
I don't remember which of these videos (probably several) and what time they present an chart of the many languages all over the world where they use some derivative of the word "Shabbat".
But this is more about remembering the Sabbath. Sadly many Christians are taught a false doctrine and we need to break away from the false teachings.
Word origins do tell us plenty. Maybe that's why the commandment is " Remember" the Sabbath. So we don't get confused with nephilim doctrines.
Also I love the way musical frequency harmonize with God's creation. Vector mathematics is pretty cool. Look that up when you have time.
But forms of Shabbat are where we get seven.
Why don't you look into it. And I'm talking about organic languages that trace through history. The day is called "seventh" or seven. You clearly 'know' too much.
"Seventh" and "Sabbath" come from completely different etymological roots.
"Sabbath" comes from the Hebrew word for "to rest". Shabath literally means "he rested".
"Seventh" comes directly from the original proto-indo-european root septm meaning seven.
Note that Hebrew is not an indo-european language at all; it's a member of the afro-asiatic language family instead. "Shabath" and "septm" have literally no connection to each other; it's mere coincidence that they happen to have similar soundshapes.
So if you're saying that lots of languages use words meaning "seventh" for Saturday, that's proof that they're not using "sabbath"!
Yes it does mean rest, and seven. Because the seventh day is when he rested. Are you arguing that Sabbath isn't the seventh day? Or that clearly related words can't be related because "scholars" .
Sunday sounds a lot like Son-day and sundae's are delightful. Christ is light and love, and light and warmth come from the Sun. The Sun is sacrificing itself to shed light and warmth upon us, to give us life.
Saturday sounds a lot like Saturn-day. There are people who worship Saturn, who like to masquerade as followers of the God of the Old Testament. There is a giant hexagon on top of Saturn, a six-sided shape.
Does anyone else feel like the week starts on Monday? And that the new year should start on the first day of spring?
It leaps of what page? Sorry I'm not disputing that the Word of God is alive. But I don't know what you're saying that I'm referring to.
I actually don't like the term Bible because it conotes the standard canon which is lacking some scriptures. But all the printed words on paper are just ink on paper. You must consume of the Daily bread to see the living word. Gaining spiritual discernment through testing all things.
Well the Sabbath starts at sunrise. 😉But the "Jews" disagree. I think Saturn's day is a darkness pegan thing so it probably starts in the darkness like the pharisees and pegans prefer.
It takes learning the labyrinth to navigate it.
Following the proper threads from those who actually see the way out or have escaped.
Creating special wings to see from 40,000 feet to escape the maze carries the danger of flying 'too close to the sun'...............being taken up on a high place (knowing 'too much' lol) and giving in to the temptation to use that knowledge against 'normies' down on the matrix of the plane.
Saturn is many things. The word 'pagen' (sic pagan) is camouflage to confuse.
Icarus, being young and not wise, failed the mission and was caught in literalist materialism aka The Labyrinth.
Daedulus was 'paganism' which has slid ALSO into LITERALISM and was looking for a way out of it.......so to speak..........which is the lesson of the myth.
Myths are deep stories showing the fractal nature of .......nature.
Most things, unfortunately, start and remain in the dark.
The biblical Sabbath follows the new moon cycle. Therefore, Sabbath could fall on any day of the week that we call Sunday thru Saturday. You need to wait 1 or 2 or 3 days for the new moon, so Sabbath may or may not be a 7 day cycle at the new month. Once the new moon appears, that is day 1, then day 8, day 15, day 22, day 29 are Sabbaths. Then you wait for the new moon cycle 1 to 3 days again.
Literal reading of the Bible leads to nonsensical statements. This is to be understood spiritually. I'd suggest you study Kabbalah if you'd like to truly understand what it means.
Today is Saturday.
Very good.
Lol

This post is a link to where you can learn stuff. Try it out.
The link goes to 20 hours of playlist. If you want to link to the specific point where this claim is argued, I'll take a look.

Sabat/Shabbat : meaning to answer a call to prayer
Saturn's day is Saturday
Someone decided to put them together.
Others decided to distinguish, by extinguishing Saturn and bringing out the Sun.
Seven stages......then a sympathetic vibration (son of god/octave/ogdoad/Octavian).......then repeat the Scale :II
On the seventh day, He rested.
Where's the Harmony? What is Harmony?
Now do September. Jk

I don't think you're 'getting it'.
I've looked all this up a long time ago, thanks.
Well I am always amazed at how people who already know everything stop by to let us know they are too knowledgeable to learn any more.

Ah, I see you've decided that "cat" and "cart" mean the same thing, and all the people who say otherwise are just dumb.
Since you're not interested in facts that disagree with your feelings, there's no point to continuing this conversation. I hope you have a great day!
I guess you do know too much to learn something. It is going to take a little more of your humility.
But yes you are wasting your time trying to deboonk a ton of research and presentation from your towering knowledge before looking into it.
I think watching these videos might be an excellent way to spend the Sabbath. But it's just a suggestion.
Hey I don't have any other opinion of this subject other than you get more flys with honey then you get with vinegar
Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God.
Yet, Elijah mocked the false prophets of Baal. Peter spoke boldly as well.
The truth we should defend valiantly.
Yes. As in Sept-ember, which SHOULD be our seventh month! Man! The order of our months drive me nuts also. Oct-8th!
From what I’ve researched, it was Constantinople that changed the sabbath to “Sun”day instead of Saturday.

Good thing we have the Word of God.
The Word of God is alive. It leaps off of the page. The printed words of man to which you refer are not alive.

In Polish: sabbath is when the witches garter.
When is Saturn's day now? Has it been moved?

I'm not jewish, so I'll call it Saturday.

In other words, worship the Baphomet...
Are you saying the Bible is not truth? And Kabbalah is truth?
I am going to side with Jesus in this one. Yahhusha if you prefer.
