Yeah, you REALLY need a local friend who can shed some light on the workings of your (windoze--I am assuming) computer. I've been running a Linux system since summer of 2020. My computer friend is in Colorado, I'm in the stupid state of Massachusetts. We Zoom a lot and I've learned a little about how it runs. I gave up on windoze in about 2003 or thereabouts. Used a Mac until I changed to Linux.
