I agree 100%!!! It’s why I refuse to have any… I am 60+ and have never had a yearly checkup…also haven’t been to a dentist in 30 yrs. I have all my original body parts, all my teeth and I’m not on any medication!
As with many things, it depends. I caution against oversimplifying the world.
Having a doctor do an annual checkup on you, to ensure that you're eating well and exercising, can be a good thing. A consistent track record of your health, of your family's health, and of your hormonal indicators is also good.
It's the treatments that come with a cost, and are often over prescribed.
I couldn't disagree more with you. The world is this simple. Your natural state is fully healthy. You know when you're not well. You don't need an "expert" to tell you when you're not.
And worse yet, doctors have been PROFOUNDLY miseducated. They have been trained in "disease management" and "pain relief" exclusively. They know nothing of "health care". It's not their fault. They paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to get brainwashed into the cult of scientism.
Food and exercise have virtually nothing to do with your health. Obviously, a stupidly unhealthy diet and complete avoidance of exercise will make you fat and weak, but not "sick" per se. It's the state of mind of these "fat and weak" people that started their downward spiral, not their eating habits.
Your doctor literally can't tell you one reason for any illness on the planet. They've been deceived - completely and totally. There are no "infectious germs", you are not a product of your heredity and family history in virtually all cases, with only a tiny few exceptions, most of which you've known since an early age. There's no such thing as carcinogens. Your cells never "mutate out of control" for mysterious reasons. Smoking doesn't cause lung cancer. Fatty foods and cholesterol do not cause heart disease. It's literally all 100% lies.
Remember what Q said: "Those you trust the most....".
Your doctor can't help with your health, save emergency/trauma care of course, which has nothing to do with disease or checkups. The very best a western establishment allopathic physician can do is charge your health insurance company a pretty penny to tell you what you should have already known - that you're perfectly healthy. It all goes downhill from this best case scenario.
But I get it, very few are ready to hear this. It's a shock if you've never stopped and thought about the fact that western doctors can't tell you the real cause for your disease so how could they possibly offer you a treatment?
You are correct. I know when I am perfectly healthy, and I know when I am not well. However, a trained observer can recognize signs of ill health, to which most assume a normalcy bias. "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?" (Matt 7:3).
Doctors have been miseducated, but trained to find "solvable" problems. The centralized system was designed by Rockefeller to use petroleum derived products to "cure" diseases in the Pasteur epistemology. In reality, these "cures" are quick fixes that bring their own problems, so that the system can steal more time/energy from us.
Diet and exercise have absolutely everything to do with your health. But you already seem to recognize the "chicken and egg" nature.
While there might not be "infectious germs," I can certainly get diarrhea from drinking fetid water. Biology was used to understand that boiling the water makes it "pure" by killing off the harmful bacteria. Chemistry is used to explain how halides purify the water, without boiling.
The doctrines of materialism and reductionism might be false, but they have useful conclusions like indoor plumbing. The Hermetic lies of alchemy are false, but they have given us insights into metallurgy, computers, and life saving treatments.
Our whole system has to be thrown out, eventually. "A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." (Matt 7:18-19) But do not be so quick to declare judgment on the living trees (advancements) because of the rotten forest (corrupt institutions).
The result of bacterial activity is putrefaction. As they consume tissue and material they also excrete materials as well that "make us feel sick". But the reason bacteria are doing what they do in the first place is due to an acute, isolating life situation that catches us off guard, a "conflict shock", which starts the "dis-ease" process. Our psyche/subconscious mind responds to what is perceived by the conscious mind as an external threat/problem/concern/worry/fear/etc. and makes adjustments to specific organs and tissues literally related to the figurative thoughts about our life problem; i.e. "I can't stand this" (Legs), "I can't stomach this" (stomach), "what a pain in the neck" (neck), "This stinks" (nose/bronchi/lungs), I'm afraid I'm going to die" (lungs), "I don't want to move" (feet), "I can't hang on to this thing" (hands), "I'm overwhelmed and don't know what to do" (heart), etc. etc.
It is when we resolve these psychological conflicts that the "sickness" part of the dis-ease process ensues as bacteria, fungi and other bodily processes are initiated by the psyche/subconscious mind to return us back to homeostasis which is the way we were prior to the life situation conflict shock. Typically this is by either removing temporary excess tissue or rebuilding temporarily necrotized tissue.
There's an exact correlation between the psychological conflict shock and the particular disease. No guesswork. No estimation. No approximation. The diagnosis is precise and accurate 100% of the time.
Doctors can and routinely do blame "poor diet and exercise" on thousands of different diseases with exactly zero evidence to back up their diagnosis. The same goes for carcinogens, toxins, genetics, family history, mutations, blah blah blah - zero proof of them all. It's pure guesswork and they are totally wrong because they received their Rockefellerian allopathic educations which are designed to create a sick populace and maintain a steady stream of repeat customers.
The populace at large is "sick" because they believe in an untold number of lies. Lies we have all been taught that masquerade as "truths" everywhere we turn. Unfortunately, very few have the wherewithal, let alone desire to discover this for themselves. Such is our current state of affairs.
The USA in 2022 is literally the sickest human population in the history of mankind (with ALLEGEDLY the greatest medical system ever created simultaneously). I hardly know a single person who doesn't have one ailment or another. And most adults over 50 have multiple ailments. I know dozens of people with picture-perfect diets and robust exercise regimens that get sick all the time. Some even have chronic ailments. A dear friend of mine who had one of the best diet and exercise routines you could imagine just died two weeks ago of a stroke at the age of 56. He knew what the cause was before he died as well (a profound loss conflict with heavy load that he resolved two months prior).
I myself have a comparably terrible diet and exercise routine and never get sick. I eat like a 10-year old boy and I've never been to a doctor in my entire adult life. I marvel at the people who bend over backwards to eat their perfect diets yet still get sick on a regular basis and wonder why they are never curious as to why I don't get sick.
But hey, I get it. You're in good company. Billions of people believe poor diet and exercise cause disease. Those billions also believe smoking causes lung cancer and fatty foods cause heart disease, despite not a shred of scientific evidence to back up their beliefs.
And don't get me wrong here, I'm not advocating a diet of Twinkies, ice cream, Doritos and Taco Bell day in and day out. People who eat like this are suffering from deeper psychological issues. But generally speaking, you should eat what you feel like eating. Your body/psyche is fantastically intelligent. It manages to pump your heart, breathe your air, digest your food, feed your blood, grow your cells and a zillion other things all without you needing to give it a second thought. So why should we deny the body/psyche its food cravings which are undeniably signals from your body/psyche to eat certain foods? It makes no sense to do so. The only job of our conscious mind is really to shovel food into the mouth and the body/psyche takes care of everything else.
I happen to crave salads, fruits, grains, etc. on a regular basis. And when I crave 'em, I eat 'em. When I'm craving a greasy pepperoni and sausage pizza I eat it just as joyfully as the fruit/veggie/grain meal. There's no difference to me. I never feel bloated, never have digestive problems, never feel this food or that doesn't "agree with me". I eat all food in an energetic space of gratitude and joy. My body knows what it wants and doesn't want. It keeps the substances it wants and eliminates the rest, perfectly. It never fails. It doesn't store "extra fat" or "allow toxins to enter my cells", etc. Why would it do such a crazy thing in the first place? I never understood this absurd argument from certain "terrain theory experts" in the first place.
Anyway, there's a lot for you to think about. You can just throw it all out if you like. I've thoroughly studied all these terrain theory ideas. I've read dozens of books on proper diet and exercise routines to ward of heart disease. I've read dozens of books on detoxification. I've read probably a hundred books on causes and cures for cancer. And none of them have a lick of science to back up their assertions. They're filled with thousands of positive anecdotal stories and correlative "evidence" but all fall short. What none of them realized is that the people who succeeded with their diet plans or treatment methods actually decided to get over their life situation conflicts, get positive and focused on getting healthy and it was this new psychological state of being that allowed them to release and resolve their issues which then caused their disease to disappear.
You quote much scripture. Throughout the bible you are advised to hold no fear or judgment. And these are the two big disease bringers and killers. Fear and judgment - and all their adjunct emotions - worry, concern, shame, guilt, despair, blame, hatred, anger, vengeance, etc.
Eliminate all of those from your life and I can assure you that you can eat and drink whatever you want (not abusive alcohol drinking of course, but in moderation if you choose) and never have to do another "annual checkup" until you reach the age of 120. Your doctor(s) can only help you with symptom suppression and pain relief in almost all but the rarest of cases. And it is these symptoms and pains that are usually the signs of healing/restoration following a life situation conflict in the first place.
The most disease-causing and deadly activity in America is "The annual checkup".
I agree 100%!!! It’s why I refuse to have any… I am 60+ and have never had a yearly checkup…also haven’t been to a dentist in 30 yrs. I have all my original body parts, all my teeth and I’m not on any medication!
You're dozens of steps ahead of the masses! I'm right there with ya on all points.
We're a rare breed!
Yes we are!
