I think you can buy it as a powdered supplement pretty much anywhere. I get mine from beet juice.

So taking the pills or juice is effective as well? I take beet root powder daily.

I'm no expert, as I can't consume a lot of beets. It turns waste product into a mess. I'm of the opinion, the fresher the better - so Juice for me.
