The vital importance is being a member Spiritually in the body of Christ.
Every single church is going to throw some heresy at you therefore my focus in on fellow believers outside of those false denominations.

My dude you need to find a better church.
And also accept that no one is perfect. Your pastor isn't perfect and neither are you. So maybe have some grace for those in positions of spiritual leadership?
