I don't think they mean white hats are running everything when they say that. Or I should say it doesn't mean that in the literal sense. I think what they mean is white hats have control over some of the events we see take place (or the movie as it were) but that doesn't mean there aren't black hats infested all throughout government and working towards the ends of the WEF/Cabal. There are traitors everywhere and flushing them out is part of the ongoing operations we see all around us.

Yes, real people are getting hurt. I am sickened by it to tell you the truth but trying to save the country/world from satanic pedovores isn't going to come without some collateral damage. I have no doubt if the white hats were in control the way some think, those Jan 6th people would be free already.
